1. The left main coronary artery bifurcates into an LAD and circumflex, and is free of disease.
2. The LAD reaches the apex. A widely patent stent is seen. No in-stent stenosis.
3. The circumflex is nondominant and free of disease.
4. The right coronary artery is dominant and occluded proximally.
5. Mild LV dysfunction.
6. Patent LAD stent.

Successful PCIwith 1 drug-eluting stent to the proximal RCA.
